SHIPPING

All of our items are made to order.

(a) Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days and may take an additional 3-7 business days toarrive.

(b) Five One Five Design Co.,LLC and any affiliated companies are not responsible for any

delays caused directly or indirectly by any shipping company during the entirety of the shipping

and delivery process.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the customize nature of the item, we do not accept, returns or exchanges, unless we areunable to deliver to you, or you receive a wrong or faulty item.

If you receive a damaged item please read and comply with the following guidelines:

(a) Contact us via email at fiveonefivedesignco@gmail.com within seven (7) consecutive days,

following the delivery date of your order;

(b) Include photographic evidence of the issue within seven (7) consecutive days, following thedelivery date of your order;

(c) All damaged item(s) must be shipped back to us within 14 consecutive days, following the dayof our acknowledgment of your written concern;

(d) You are responsible for the return shipping costs;

(e) If the item or items are not returned in their original condition, you are responsible for any lossin value.
